This Privacy Policy explains how Griffin Jasper (“we”, “us”, “Grozzy”, or “Grozzy Fitness”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Grozzy Fitness mobile application (the “App”). By using the App you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account information	Your email address and an encrypted password (handled by our authentication provider).	To create and secure your account and sync your data across devices.
Fitness content you create	Workouts, routines/templates, custom exercises, sets, reps, weights, RPE, notes, personal records, and rest-timer settings.	To provide the core tracking features and show your history and progress.
Body measurements	Measurements you choose to log (e.g. body weight, body-fat %, chest, waist, hips, arms, thighs).	To let you track measurements and trends over time. Provided entirely at your discretion.
Subscription status	Whether you have an active Grozzy Pro subscription, the plan, and renewal/expiration dates.	To unlock paid features. Payments are processed by Apple or Google — we never receive your card or payment details.
Device & technical data	Basic app preferences and, if you grant permission, a notification permission used to deliver on-device rest-timer and inactivity reminders.	To operate the App and deliver the reminders you enable.

We do not show advertising, we do not sell your personal information, and we do not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs.

Service providers we share data with

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the App. They process data only to provide their service to us:

Supabase — authentication, database, and hosting of your account and fitness data.
RevenueCat — subscription management and entitlement status.
Apple App Store / Google Play — payment processing for subscriptions.
Twilio SendGrid — sending account and transactional emails (e.g. sign-up confirmation, password reset, welcome email).

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

How we use your information

To provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features.
To sync your data across your devices.
To process subscriptions and unlock Grozzy Pro features.
To send you account and transactional emails.
To protect against fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing privacy@grozzyfitness.com. We will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Access to your records is restricted to your authenticated account through row-level security. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

International users

Your information may be processed and stored on servers located in the United States or other countries. By using the App you consent to this transfer.

Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide notice within the App or by email.
